Rooftop Solar on High-Rise Apartment Building
Gregorio Sustainability worked with The Tower Companies and DOE to write a case study about a rooftop solar PV project that was developed and managed by Eugenia Gregorio (principal) when she was VP of Sustainability for her The Tower Companies.
In addition to being detailed with excellent follow up, Eugenia is extremely well connected in the sustainability community and has numerous resources to provide further assistance for nearly any issue that arises.
Gregorio Sustainability was heavily involved in all aspects of our company's first solar projects --developing financial models and the business case, recommending the best EPC and contract terms, reviewing design options, attending project meetings, pushing the contractor to perform, advising with utility and government challenges, providing recommendations for tax and SREC opportunities, and helping with our tenant and marketing communications.
Each project we completed with Gregorio Sustainability went extremely smoothly due largely to the experience and foresight that Eugenia brought to the projects. We will continue to work with Gregorio Sustainability for our sustainability initiatives.
